Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reveal Room website at revealroomapp.com and, when publicly available, the Reveal Room application for iPhone and iPad.

Reveal Room is a product of K-Rae Images LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Reveal Room,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, joining the launch list, downloading the application, purchasing a subscription, or using Reveal Room, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Reveal Room.

Reveal Room is designed primarily for photographers, artists, designers, galleries, art consultants, and other creative professionals. It is not intended for use by children.

If you use Reveal Room for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  1. APPLE LICENSE TERMS

The Reveal Room application is distributed through the Apple App Store.

Your use of the application is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

These Terms supplement Apple’s applicable terms. If a provision of these Terms directly conflicts with a controlling Apple term, the applicable Apple term will control to the extent of that conflict.

The application is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules, Reveal Room grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the application on Apple devices that you own or control for your lawful professional or personal business purposes.

  1. REVEAL ROOM SERVICES

Reveal Room is a presentation and sales tool that may provide features including:

• Client-project organization
• Photograph importing
• Slideshow presentations
• Image selections and ratings
• Wall-art visualization
• Room-image processing
• Artwork sizing and arrangement
• Music and logo customization
• Slideshow export
• Related professional presentation tools

Available features may vary by device, application version, subscription level, region, or purchase status.

Reveal Room is not a client-delivery gallery, permanent cloud archive, accounting service, legal service, payment processor, or guaranteed backup service.

  1. ACCURACY AND FEATURE AVAILABILITY

Reveal Room may update, improve, add, change, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary.

Descriptions, screenshots, demonstrations, and marketing materials are intended to explain currently available or clearly identified upcoming features. They do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or operate identically on every device.

Any feature labeled “coming soon,” “planned,” “beta,” or similar is not guaranteed to be released by a particular date.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FREE TRIALS, AND IN-APP PURCHASES

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

If you begin an automatically renewing subscription:

• Payment will be charged through your Apple account.
• Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple subscription settings.
• Renewal timing and charges will be governed by the purchase screen and Apple’s applicable terms.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple account settings.
• Deleting the application does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Any free-trial duration and eligibility requirements will be displayed before you subscribe. Unless canceled before the trial converts in accordance with the terms shown by Apple, the subscription may become paid.

Prices may change prospectively. Any required notice will be provided through Apple or another appropriate method.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and remain subject to Apple’s policies.

  1. USER CONTENT

“User Content” includes photographs, room images, logos, music, project names, client information, selections, ratings, notes, layouts, dimensions, exports, and other material you import, create, or use through Reveal Room.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You give the application permission to process User Content on your device only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request. Reveal Room does not acquire ownership of your photographs or other User Content.

Under the current local-first architecture, Reveal Room does not upload client photographs to a Reveal Room-operated server, and Reveal Room personnel cannot remotely view photographs stored within the application on your device.

  1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLIENT CONTENT AND CONSENT

You are solely responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases, licenses, consents, and legal authority necessary to:

• Import and process photographs
• Display client photographs
• Process photographs depicting adults or minors
• Use room photographs and property images
• Create and present wall-art mockups
• Import and use logos
• Use music and audio
• Export, reproduce, share, deliver, or sell finished materials
• Maintain client names, notes, and project information on your device

You must comply with applicable privacy, copyright, publicity, contract, consumer-protection, and professional obligations.

Reveal Room does not verify ownership, model releases, client consent, music licenses, or other rights associated with User Content.

  1. MUSIC AND MEDIA LICENSING

Reveal Room may allow you to import, select, or use music or other media.

You may use only music and media that you own, have properly licensed, or are otherwise legally authorized to use for the intended presentation, synchronization, reproduction, export, distribution, or commercial purpose.

Access to music through a streaming subscription does not necessarily grant the right to include that music in an exported slideshow or commercial presentation.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is permitted. Reveal Room does not grant music licenses and is not responsible for copyright claims arising from your media choices.

  1. LOCAL STORAGE, BACKUPS, AND DATA LOSS

Reveal Room is designed primarily as an on-device application.

Project files may use significant device storage. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining sufficient available storage
• Protecting your device
• Using a strong device passcode
• Managing your own backup settings
• Maintaining original source photographs
• Preserving separate copies of important work
• Reviewing exported files before delivery
• Deleting sensitive content when no longer needed

Reveal Room project data may be included in your personal iCloud Backup if enabled. Files saved to Photos, Files, iCloud Drive, or another service may be stored or synchronized outside Reveal Room.

Reveal Room is not a guaranteed archival or disaster-recovery service. Device loss, physical damage, application deletion, file corruption, insufficient storage, operating-system failure, failed migration, user error, or unavailable backups may result in permanent data loss.

Do not use Reveal Room as the only copy of irreplaceable photographs or business records.

  1. DELETING PROJECTS AND EXPORTED FILES

Deleting a project is intended to remove files contained within that Reveal Room project.

The following may remain after project deletion:

• Original source photographs
• Exported films stored separately
• Files saved to Apple Photos
• Files saved through the Files application
• Files shared with another person or service
• Files maintained by third-party storage providers
• Copies contained in device or cloud backups

You are responsible for reviewing and separately deleting external or separately stored copies when appropriate.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Reveal Room may interact with or provide links to services operated by Apple, Framer, MailerLite, file-storage providers, or other third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Reveal Room does not control and is not responsible for:

• Third-party availability
• Account restrictions
• Storage practices
• Subscription or payment systems
• Service outages
• Changes to third-party functionality
• Third-party data retention or deletion
• Content or security practices of third parties

Your ability to use a third-party service with Reveal Room does not mean that Reveal Room endorses or controls that service.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not:

• Use Reveal Room for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose
• Import or use content without the necessary legal rights
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions or purchase controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Circumvent security or access restrictions
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Misrepresent your relationship with Reveal Room
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute the application itself
• Use Reveal Room to harass, exploit, or harm another person
• Use the application in a way that violates Apple’s terms or applicable law

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Reveal Room, including its name, logos, visual identity, software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, original room collections, demonstrations, and other materials provided by Reveal Room, is owned by K-Rae Images LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Reveal Room intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, create derivative works from, or use Reveal Room branding or proprietary materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

  1. FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Reveal Room, you grant Reveal Room permission to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the product without payment or obligation to you.

This does not transfer ownership of your photographs, client projects, or other User Content.

  1. PROFESSIONAL DECISIONS AND SALES RESULTS

Reveal Room provides presentation and visualization tools. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, architectural, engineering, or other regulated professional advice.

Wall-art visualizations are intended to assist with presentation and planning. Screen size, calibration, room measurements, perspective, user-entered dimensions, printing, framing, and installation conditions may affect actual results.

You are responsible for verifying measurements, product specifications, pricing, color, client approvals, ordering information, installation requirements, and final deliverables.

Reveal Room does not guarantee increased sales, revenue, bookings, conversion rates, client satisfaction, image accuracy, or any particular business result.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

REVEAL ROOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

REVEAL ROOM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS OR DATA LOSS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVEAL ROOM, K-RAE IMAGES LLC, AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, LOST PHOTOGRAPHS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVEAL ROOM’S AND K-RAE IMAGES LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION, WEBSITE, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• The amount you paid for Reveal Room through the App Store during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• One hundred U.S. dollars.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reveal Room, K-Rae Images LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of photographs, music, logos, room images, or other materials
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Your professional services or dealings with your clients

This section does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot legally be indemnified.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using Reveal Room at any time. Ending use or deleting the application does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Reveal Room may suspend or terminate access to features when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, failure to pay, violation of these Terms, Apple requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

  1. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

Reveal Room may update these Terms to reflect changes to the application, website, business practices, third-party requirements, or applicable law.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application, website, App Store, or email when appropriate.

Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or Reveal Room will be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

  1. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. An unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Apple’s applicable terms, and the terms presented at the time of purchase constitute the agreement governing your use of Reveal Room.
